Placing an order

Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp at +92 713 908 022. An order is only confirmed once we reply and accept it. We may decline or limit an order, for example if we are fully booked for the day or an item has sold out.

Menu, prices and availability

Our menu is two fillings, three ways each, sold as a Box of 6. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change over time. Because everything is made fresh in a small kitchen, items can sell out for the day (our beef boxes, for instance, may be marked “sold out, back soon”).

We make only what we can sell that day. Nothing is frozen and re-sold, and nothing leaves the kitchen if it is not fresh.

Payment

This website does not process online payments. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp when you order (for example, cash on delivery). Please confirm the total with us before your order is sent out.

Delivery

We deliver across Malir, Karachi, and nearby areas where we can reach you. Delivery times (around 30 minutes) are estimates and can change with distance, weather, and how busy the kitchen is. Please share a clear address and stay reachable on your WhatsApp number so the rider can find you.

Changes and cancellations

Since each box is folded and cooked fresh for your order, please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once we have started cooking your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

Food, allergens and safety

Our dumplings are prepared by hand in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, egg, soy, garlic, and other common ingredients, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a particular allergen. If you have an allergy, please tell us before you order and use your own judgement.

For the best taste and safety, enjoy your dumplings hot and soon after delivery. Raw, cook-at-home boxes must be kept chilled and cooked through before eating.

Quality and responsibility

We take real care with every order. If something is genuinely wrong with what you received, message us the same day and we will make it right. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.

The ReoBites name, logo, photography, and the words on this site belong to ReoBites. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the kitchen grows. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
